All sales made by Bookingjini are final and non-refundable. By using our platform, you agree to the terms and conditions of this policy.

Cancellation of Subscription

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time, but no refund will be provided for any remaining period of the subscription term. Once a subscription is cancelled, access to the Bookingjini platform will be immediately terminated, and all data will be deleted. Customers are responsible for exporting any data they wish to keep before cancelling their subscription.

Service Outages and Downtime

Bookingjini is committed to providing uninterrupted service to our customers. However, in the event of any service outage or downtime, we do not offer refunds or compensation. We will make every effort to resolve any issues promptly and communicate updates to our customers as necessary.

Changes to the Platform

Bookingjini reserves the right to make changes to our platform, including features, functionality, and pricing, at any time and without notice. Such changes will not entitle customers to a refund or credit.

No Warranty

Bookingjini provides our SaaS hotel software platform "as is" and without any warranty or guarantee of any kind, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Customers are solely responsible for their use of our platform and any reliance on its content.

Limitation of Liability

Bookingjini is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of our platform, regardless of whether such damages are based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory.
