Cancellation Policy

All sales made by Bookingjini for our SaaS hotel software platform are final and non-refundable. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a customer needs to cancel their subscription. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellation of Subscription

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by notifying Bookingjini in writing at least 30 days prior to the end of the current subscription term. If notice is not given at least 30 days prior to the end of the current subscription term, the customer will be automatically enrolled in the next subscription term and billed accordingly.

No Refunds

Bookingjini does not offer refunds for any remaining period of the subscription term. Once a subscription is cancelled, access to the Bookingjini platform will be immediately terminated, and all data will be deleted. Customers are responsible for exporting any data they wish to keep before cancelling their subscription.

Service Outages and Downtime

Bookingjini is committed to providing uninterrupted service to our customers. However, in the event of any service outage or downtime, we will make every effort to resolve any issues promptly and communicate updates to our customers as necessary. Bookingjini does not offer refunds or compensation for any service outages or downtime.

Changes to the Platform

Bookingjini reserves the right to make changes to our platform, including features, functionality, and pricing, at any time and without notice. Such changes will not entitle customers to a refund or credit.
